Where is my order?

You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been sent. Copy this tracking number and enter it at this address to track it:

What are your postage costs?

Orders over $75 are posted for free. Orders under $75 attract a $8 postage charge.

Can I have my order express posted?

Yes, simply select the $12 express post option.

Do you ship internationally?

How long to receive my order?

Orders are packed and sent usually the same or next business day from the Gold Coast, Queensland. When your order is sent you will receive an email with a tracking number. From there it’s up to Australia Post to deliver, it could be anywhere from three business days to 11 business days, depending on where you’re located. I made a mistake with my address, can it be changed?

Yes but you need to let us know right away by emailing Once an item is posted we may be unable to re-route it.

Are your orders packaged sustainably?

Yes, all orders are packed in recyclable or compostable packaging.
